Description

This beach house remodel turned an older house into a modern beach house with classic elements throughout. The challenges encountered on this remodel were difficult waterfront site access, as well as foundation underpinning to bring the remodel up to current code. 

The remodel took advantage of the house's waterfront lot by adding more windows which allow for an unobstructed view of the sound.
