Project Details “Modern Farmhouse”

Description

This home blends traditional and modern elements seamlessly.  The bottom floor consists of an open concept living area while the upstairs consists of the sleeping area.  The most unusual aspect of this house is the master bedroom which cantilevers out over the back of the house, creating the covered area for the back deck. 

Attention to detail was also applied to the placement of the house. The house was situated to take advantage of the winter sun and to minimize the heat of the summer sun.
