This home was designed by a local Vashon Island architect Keith Putnam of Putnam Architects
DescriptionThis new construction contemporary home was built on a small, constrained site. An old summer cabin was demolished to make room for this beautiful new home. The design of this home was geometrically challenging as there were many different angles that came together. Narrower at the entry, the house flares out to take advantage of the southern exposure and views of the water. One of the most charming aspects of this house is the entry door which was hand carved by local Native American artist Israel Shotridge. |
